About The Program

The CCV Leadership Institute Residency Program is designed to equip ministry leaders with the skills and experience they need for maximum impact.

Through a combination of role readiness training, practical experience, and career coaching, graduates will be prepared to be leaders in the local church.

Program Features

10-month program

Residents are paid a living & educational expense stipend

Full-time commitment with weekdays and weekends

Leadership training includes orientation, learning labs & discussion groups

Ministry coaching & mentorship with CCV staff

Individualized learning plan

Practical, hands-on experience

Career coaching

Independent master’s degree option through university partners

Is Residency Right For You?

All residents must have a call to full-time ministry AND be 21 years old OR have bachelor's degree/equivalent professional experience. Residents must have volunteer or professional experience or expertise in the area of ministry they are interested in. *Worship residents must be able to lead vocally as well with an instrument.

Meet The Team

Meet Brian Leach and Shawna Seeger, CCV's Residency team. Both are dedicated to the development of future ministry leaders. As the Lead Residency Pastor, Brian brings over 30 years of experience and has a heart to equip pastors for ministry careers.

Shawna has been on staff at CCV for over 10 years, and is committed to mentoring and developing people in life and ministry. They both look forward to working with you to discern the next step of your ministry journey!
